Weweantic River Stream Team Report

        Introduction

In May 2001, volunteers from Wareham, Carver and Middleboro worked together to complete a Shoreline Survey of the Weweantic river. Working with the Massachusetts' Adopt-A-Stream Program, (Department of Fisheries, Wildlife & Environmental Law Enforcement) volunteers surveyed the river and used their observations to come up with Recommendations for Action to improve the health of the river, water quality, recreational use and overall habitat value.
